Supporting your mental wellbeing
We recognise that working from home can sometimes be lonely, negatively impact work/life balance or exacerbate stresses at home. We have a number of mental health wellbeing services available to you, which can be accessed from home to support you; these include:
- Wellbeing Matters – confidential psychological support, advice, and guidance.
- Health Assured – confidential support for personal and professional problems which could be affecting your general wellbeing including debt management information, counseling, and mental health support.
- Mental Health First Aiders – peers within the Trust who can provide a listening ear and signposting to support services
- Free Apps – covering a variety of areas such as mindfulness, sleep, and mental wellbeing
- Occupational Health – clinical advice on health-related issues which are impacting you at work.
If it would support your mental or physical wellbeing to work exclusively from your contractual office base, talk to your manager who would be happy to support you to do this.
