We know that the first few months in a new role can be overwhelming, meeting new people and taking on new responsibilities.
We want you to be comfortable and confident during this time so over your first six months you'll have lots of opportunities to one-on-one with your new manager, get support from our HR and Retention teams, speak with Learning and Development about your learning needs, and more.
If you have questions or concerns about your new role, please speak with your manager as soon as possible so we can help support you better.
